Frequently Requested Vendor Information:
FAIR HOURS: Advertised 'Fest hours are from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Please have displays ready by opening time (10:00am). If a space is vacant at opening, we reserve the right to use that space.
SET-UP: Set-up can be done the evening before (Nov 30th) from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. The school will be open again at 9:00am for morning set-up. A tablecloth or other covering is REQUIRED in order to make displays as attractive as possible. Unloading time at the front of the school should be short for the convenience of all the crafters.
SPACE RENTAL: This year we have 3 booth sizes available! We offer: regular 8' booths, 6' mini booths, and a few corner booths if you need extra space
CRAFTS: Handmade crafts are preferred. A limited number of non-handmade crafts vendors will be accepted to sell at the fair. Consider working on your craft during the fair, as this adds interest to the show, as well as promotes your work.
RAFFLE: We would be honored to receive donations from our crafters for the Winterfest Raffle. It is not required, but if you wish to participate, please indicate what will be donated on the attached registration form. On fair day, one of our committee persons will be around to collect your donation. Please attach a business card or other identification to your donation.
